How does the 14 day free trial work?

Experience all Qurio’s features for 14 days. Once your 14 days are up, you are left with a decision: Do I continue on this path of awesomeness by paying for this amazing product (and if so, which package will suit me best)? or Does life go back to normal (if that’s even possible)? Trials are once off, but if you need more time to decide, feel free to email us.

What happens to the data I gathered during my free trial?

When your trial ends, your ability to perform certain functions on Qurio will come to an end as well (sadly). You will be downgraded to what we call our “Respondent account”. With this account you can still log in and look at your data and respond to others’ qurios and even create qurios. However, you won’t be able to publish qurios, export results or create groups.

How many free trials can I have?

Easy there tiger. You get one free trial. That’s it. If you upgrade (or downgrade) from any package to another package you are unfortunately not eligible for another 14 day free trial.

Can I change packages or cancel my account at any time?

Sure you can. All you need to do is go into your “Account” settings and you’llbe able to make the necessary changes. Please note however that from a billing point of view we still bill you for that current month for the package you were on.

Do I lose my data once I have unsubscribed?

Once you’ve decided to stop using Qurio your account will become a “Respondent Account”. You will still be able to log in and look at your data and respond to others’ qurios but most of the functionality within Qurio will be limited.

What if I reactivate my account after I have unsubscribed?

It will be as if you never left, our relationship will be restored, you will be upgraded to a paying account (based on the package you decide to go for) and you can once again start using the world’s simplest question asking tool.

Is there a contract involved?

Depending on your needs, you can sign up for a retainer based contract or use Qurio for adhoc projects as required. Contact us on info@qurio.co for more information.

What types of payment do you accept?

On monthly and annual billing you can pay by debit order, EFT or credit card.

Do you offer any discounted pricing e.g. non-profit organization pricing?

We love NGOs, NPOs and educators and we offer a discount to anyone whom this applies to. There is a protocol however and it starts with you contacting our discount department. Once you’ve done that, we’ll get in touch with you to find out a bit more about you.
